| This website is published by
wesleycommercial.com. These websites are not mortgage companies, nor are
they Brokers of any kind. These websites are instead software programs that
provide commercial property and lending information to real estate professionals
and consumers and also introduce prospective commercial property borrowers
to participating Commercial Lenders and/or Commercial Broker Agents. When
you submit an information request through one of these websites, you will
be dealing directly with the Lender and/or licensed Commercial Real Estate
Agent. Except for the occasional technical issue, no one from wesleycommercial.com
will assist you in placing your loan. WesleyCommercial.com is not a mortgage
broker, nor are we your agent the company serves an information / introduction
only service. We believe that each of the lenders and/or Commercial Brokers
provided with an information request is legitimate, reputable, duly licensed
and ethical; however, wesleycommercial.com makes no warranty to this effect.
Should you have a bad experience with one of these Lenders and/or Commercial
Brokers, please notify us immediately. It is customary for commercial mortgage
Lenders and/or Commercial Brokers during the course of your transaction
to require some sort of fee deposit to cover the cost of the third party
reports. This deposit fee is legitimately used by lenders "to get the deal
off the street" at the point they would begin spending money to move a transaction
forward. Therefore, you should not be alarmed when lenders and or Brokers
require a deposit fee to move forward after a loan program has been selected.
However, you should obtain a written agreement with the Lender / Broker
detailing under which circumstances you would possibly be entitled to a
refund of your fee. WesleyCommercial is not responsible for any possible
disputes between borrowers, lenders, brokers regarding deposit fees and
third party reports. |
